JOEL MCWILLIAMS
Joel found his love for woodworking early in life, but as he grew up “normal” life seem to take priority. After high School Joel joined the United States Marine Corps. After his service Joel attended college at the University of Nebraska, while he was working in the construction trades from plumbing, concrete work, and carpenter. He continued to grow his career in the construction industry working for several large General Contractors. Through the years the passion for woodworking never went away. He continued to make furniture and other essentials for his own home. He then started creating items for others and friends over the years. His passion drove him to start 1775 Woodcraft so he can create works for others.
Joel’s passion lies around creating custom furniture. His favorite project to date has been the Walnut desk he created for his wife. She uses it every day and loves it.
